GDWG has a full-time job opportunity to join our small and determined frontline team. We require blended working from home 3 days a week and from our office in Crawley 2 days a week. This is a one- year fixed term contract. In this role you will work with people in detention on casework, offer emotional support and lead on our outreach work in schools.

The closing date for applications is 3 December and we are interviewing on 10 December, online or in person depending on preference, with the possibility of a follow up phone call and/or a meeting in person for shortlisted candidates at our office in Crawley.
